It is indeed. Just ask around.
Do the monthly assessments go up each year?
As long as we've been here, "yes", but by less than $5 per month. Currently the monthly assessments are only $139.50/mo.

The best park on the planet, the best shopping on the planet and the biggest front yard ever!
I like your furniture and furnishings. Would you consider selling any of them with the house?
Some of the furniture is not for sale. The furniture/furnishings that we could part with could be worked into the contract (if the price is right, of course).
